About Us

Student Experiences

Clear Creek students receive an education that is aligned with the Indiana State Academic Standards. All students participate in an array of special area classes that include art, library, music, physical education, and Spanish. As a Dual Language Spanish Immersion school, our students also have the unique opportunity to participate in a program where they receive fifty percent of their instruction in the Spanish language. The pillars of the program are: Bilingualism & Biliteracy, High Academic Achievement, and Cross-cultural Competence. All students are provided opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on leadership responsibilities within the school community such as recess equipment manager, bus captain, student council member, or Comet, the school mascot. Students at Clear Creek will experience learning and practicing specific behaviors needed to be successful in all areas of the school building as well as the positive language used to communicate clearly and respectfully. Clear Creek offers extra-curricular school club opportunities like Garden Club, Running Club, and Robotics.
